The team at Commercial Gate Systems were approached by Ergon to manufacture and install cantilever gates at their site in Toowoomba for access control to their 60+ staff carpark.
Ergon required two high-quality gates including automation to secure the site. The proposed system was the Aristos 6224 Industrial Cantilever Gates including BG-2000 Industrial Sliding Gate Operators to complete a long term and reliable solution.

The Solution:
Commercial Gate Systems worked for a period of three months with the client in coordination with the site builder to manufacture and install two Aristos Cantilever Gates as well as the Industrial Automation and safety accessories. We worked with the site builders on the project to coordinate the timings of the carpark surface build and installation of the gates.
Commercial Gate Systems on-site team wired the gate automation electronics and accessories inside an IP67 stainless steel enclosures to protect it from the harsh conditions and environment.
Commercial Gate Systems completed this project for Ergon a month ahead of schedule and has resulted in a long term and reliable solution for the site.
